I created a festive Christmas greeting animation for the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC). The animation combines playful motion graphics with seasonal visuals to convey warmth and holiday cheer. It was designed to engage viewers across social media and digital channels, reflecting HKADC’s creative and celebratory spirit while maintaining a clean and professional aesthetic.

Concept

The concept of this animation draws inspiration from the collaborative nature of HKADC. We envisioned HKADC as a pinball machine, where each art group represents a pinball. As these pinballs collide with the machine and with one another, new pinballs are created—symbolizing the creative sparks and unexpected outcomes that emerge from collaboration. This playful visual metaphor captures the dynamic energy of the arts community, celebrating how interaction and cooperation can generate endless creativity and festive joy.
